What We’re Looking For:

→ Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field

→ Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, or PsyD

→ Experience in mental health or psychiatric care preferred

→ Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

We’re seeking a licensed clinician to join our team! This person would be supporting individuals on their recovery journey from addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. At our facility, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong therapeutic relationships, help patients achieve long-term recovery, and work alongside a team that shares your passion for healing.

What We’re Looking For:

→ Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field

→ Active Indiana licensure: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC

→ Experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders strongly preferred

→ Ability to build rapport, motivate, and support patients in recovery

1. Staff Nurse (LPN)
2. Staff Nurse (RN)

🌕 Both are night shifts, 7pm-7am. Three 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation.

➡️ Both positions include a $5,000 sign-on bonus, 100% employer-paid medical/dental/vision, $2,000 annual company contribution to your HSA, generous PTO, Employer-matched 401K and Employer-paid Life Insurance.

🩺 The Staff Nurse (LPN) supports patient care and works under the direction of Registered Nurses and medical providers to assist with medication administration, withdrawal monitoring, and day-to-day patient needs.
