POTP offers a 5:15pm class Mon.-Thurs. to help you get your burn after work! Comment “🌅” if you’d be interested in an early morning class (6/7am) and “🌙” if you’d be interested in a late evening class!

Class Highlight: YOGALATES 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

As the name suggests, yogalates is a thoughtful blend of yoga and pilates designed to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. The class is beginner friendly and taught in progressions! 🤍
