If you’ve been curious about those beautiful bowls on the table when you come in for your massage, this is the perfect opportunity to see for yourself! Now offering sound and massage duo sessions on select Mondays!

This collaborative sound therapy and massage experience is designed to support deep intention, relaxation, and reconnection.

Your session begins with Alyssa, sound healing practitioner and Reiki master, starting with a conversation around your intentions and goals for sound therapy. From there, you will be guided into a crystal singing bowl sound bath to help regulate the nervous system and bring the body into a state of rest. Afterward, you will have space to share how the session felt and explore which chakras may have needed extra attention.

You will then transition to working with Kari, licensed massage therapist, to discuss your massage needs before receiving a restorative massage tailored specifically to your body.

These sessions are approximately 120 minutes in total and offer a deeply supportive mind, body, and soul experience.

The investment for this offering is $185.

Sessions are available on select Monday afternoons/evenings. This service will not appear on our booking links.
