Something is growing at Arcadia Care Auburn, and we could not be more excited.
On March 10th, our residents placed a sweet potato in water. By March 27th, it had already begun to sprout. Just look at it now!
It has been happily sitting in our activity room through all of spring, growing a little more each day while our residents check in on it like it is a family pet.
Here is the big question we are all wondering, will there be enough sweet potatoes by Thanksgiving to bake a homemade sweet potato pie?
We are rooting for it. Stay tuned and root along with us!
