Partners in Care and Partners in Care Hospice are at the Annual Falls Prevention Summit in Nevada County today! Titled “Falling is a Trip”, this yearly event features health screenings, nutrition tips, engaging speakers and presentations and an exhibitor fair with door prizes and give aways. Sierra Presbyterian Church is hosting today and over 300 members of the community are expected to turn out for the summit!
