8:00 AM: Barre Align
9:00 AM: Vin to Yin

Precision meets power. Start your Sunday at 8:00 AM with Barre Align to find your center and set it on fire. We use low-impact, high-intensity movements to isolate every muscle group until they shake. Balance on the outside, absolute heat on the inside.

Then, stay on your mat at 9:00 AM for Vin to Yin. We begin with a strong vinyasa flow to keep the heat building, then transition into deep, restorative yin holds to release tension and target the fascia.

Two hours. Total mind-body alignment. Zero excuses.
