Teacher Spotlight ✨ This month we want to introduce Lela!

Lela discovered yoga as a teenager in Florida and quickly fell in love with the practice. What began as a personal outlet grew into a calling. She completed her first Yoga Teacher Training through Aura Wellness Center in 2017 and began teaching Yin at The Yoga Room in 2022. In 2023, she completed an additional 8 month YTT with Nicole Agostino, expanding her teaching to include Vinyasa and Hatha.

After earning a business degree from Auburn and working in the insurance industry, Lela felt called to take a more holistic approach to life and health.

In her classes, you can expect intentional movement, time to connect with your breath, accessible options for all levels, and maybe even a few fun anatomy facts along the way.
