At The Yoga Room, we offer both heated yoga and hot yoga so you can choose the experience that’s right for you. Heated yoga takes place in a comfortably warm room, helping your body loosen up, move more freely, and find deeper stretches without feeling overwhelmed. Hot yoga is practiced in a higher temperature, creating a more intense, sweat-focused experience that challenges strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Elizabeth found yoga when she was looking for a way to connect her contemplative spiritual practices with embodiment. A friend/yoga teacher encouraged her to try a class. After practicing for several years, Elizabeth found a desire to dig deeper into 8 limbs of yogic tradition. She completed her 200-Hour teacher training with Yoga and Ayurveda Center’s Online School in 2020. She has also completed her 200-Hour Mediation
Teacher Training with YogaMu in 2022.

Elizabeth teaches both Vinyasa and Yin. Her classes invite you into awareness and presence in your body. She loves to incorporate creative transitions, integrated connections and play into her sequences. Throughout the year, she also integrates the Earth’s seasons and rhythms into her teaching.
