🏈We may not be on the field, but we sure tackled the fun this afternoon! Our residents got into the Super Bowl spirit with a festive happy hour and plenty of game-day snacks. We also put our sports knowledge to the test with a round of Super Bowl Trivia!

It’s National Activity Professionals Week, and we are celebrating the incredible team that keeps Friendship Home moving, growing, and laughing! 🏐🎨 THANK YOU KAMI & ALEXIS!!!

Our Activity Department nurtures both the mind and spirit of our residents through a perfect balance of indoor engagement and outdoor joy.

Our days are filled with fun filled activities! From prize bingo, volleyball, social hour to friendly card games, there is never a dull moment! We especially love our crafting sessions, which do so much more than spark creativity—they help enhance cognitive and motor skills while creating beautiful keepsakes. And of course, nothing beats the smiles brought in by our heartwarming animal visits! 🐾🃏

We believe in embracing the beauty of every season. Our team creates wonderful outdoor experiences, whether it’s dipping our toes in the kiddie pools, scenic bus rides, enjoying a playful water balloon fight, or finding a peaceful spot in the shade.

We’re All Shook Up Over Elvis! 🎸🕺

Yesterday, our residents took a trip down memory lane to celebrate what would have been the King’s 91st birthday! We spent the afternoon with ⭐ Elvis trivia & crossword puzzles 🎶 A trip through his greatest hits as we watched a performance from one of his Omaha shows🥪 And the main event: a snack fit for royalty—the famous peanut butter and banana sandwich!
