Some people talk about fitness… and then there’s Deb, who’s been living it for over 26 years. 💪

From raising a family and caring for a loved one to becoming an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, Deb made a decision years ago to take control of her health—and never looked back. And because of that decision, she’s now helping hundreds of others do the same.
For the past 10 years at Echelon, Deb has been a leader, mentor, and motivator—specializing in helping the 50+ community stay strong, mobile, and confident in their everyday lives. From Pilates to strength training to her NEW Golden Chair class (which is already a hit 👏), she’s constantly evolving to meet her members where they are.

From North Jersey roots to the South Jersey fitness community, Anne Kopp is the definition of energy, balance, and showing up—no matter what life throws at you.

A proud Temple University grad, Anne stays busy raising four kids (which honestly is already a full-time cardio program 😅), but still made the decision to carve out something just for herself… and that decision changed everything.

Since 2024, Anne has been lighting up Echelon as a dance fitness instructor and sub—bringing hype energy, great music, and a vibe that makes you forget you're even working out. And let’s be real… if you’ve ever taken her class, you’ve probably caught yourself feeling like a backup dancer in a music video too 💃🔥

But here’s the real story…

👉 Her biggest transformation wasn’t physical—it was mental.

From Gloucester City to our dance floor, Diane has been doing what most people quit on… for 15 YEARS. She refused to stop dancing after high school—and now she’s turning that passion into something way bigger than fitness.

For Diane, this isn’t just a workout…

After losing her father and sister, dance became her way to push forward—and now she brings that same strength and energy to every single class.

💪 Women of Echelon Health & Fitness Spotlight: Diana Sandoval-Hernandez

At Echelon, we don’t just talk about community—we live it. And every once in a while, someone comes along who embodies exactly what this place is about. Diana Sandoval-Hernandez? Yeah… she’s one of those people.

🌟 Meet Diana
Diana Sandoval-Hernandez is a proud first-generation daughter of immigrant parents from Mexico—and that right there tells you everything about her mindset. Tough, resilient, and built for growth.
She’s part of our Sales Team, but don’t get it twisted—she’s not just here selling memberships. She’s living the lifestyle.
When she’s not in the gym, you’ll find her outdoors, locked into a thriller novel, or deep in a podcast. (Respect—always someone trying to level up mentally too.)

🏋️ Her Echelon Journey
Diana’s been part of the Echelon community since 2018, but officially joined the team in December 2025. So she’s not new to this—she’s true to this.
And here’s where it gets real…
Her fitness journey didn’t start from motivation. It started from adversity.
After a serious accident that left her with torn muscles and ligaments in her right leg, Diana spent over a year unable to walk or drive. Let that sink in for a second.
That experience changed everything.
Instead of feeling sorry for herself, she flipped the script:
👉 She made a decision to never take her body for granted again
👉 She used fitness as a tool to rebuild—physically and mentally
That’s not motivation. That’s discipline. That’s perspective.

It was being able to pick up a 40lb bag of cat litter at Sam’s Club… by herself.
