Most of what I really learned in yoga teacher training is not in these books. In fact, a lot of the things I learned sunk in slowly over the the course of years of practicing with different amazing teachers before I ever thought I might become one.
I feel really lucky to get to continue to teach alongside my mentor Ricard who never stops challenging me and teaching me new things. You can catch her at Quirk Yoga downtown teaching Mondays at 6pm!
