I’m so grateful for the continued support you’ve shown my massage therapy practice. It truly means a lot to be part of your wellness routine and to help you relax, heal, and feel your best. 💜

In order to keep providing high-quality care, maintain a comfortable, relaxing space for you, and continue to invest in the best products and tools, I will be making a small price adjustment effective June 1st, 2026. Over time, the cost of supplies, products, and general business expenses has increased. Adjusting my rates allows me to continue offering the level of care, attention, and service that you deserve during every session.

If you would like to purchase gift certificates, they will remain available at the current pricing until the new rates take effect, so this is a great time to grab one for yourself or someone you love!

My goal is always to give you the best possible experience and care during every session. As always - each massage therapy session is custom to your needs and will continue to include the use of your choice in essential oils, hot towels, heated rice packs, and the option to include the use of my new heated muscle scraper at no extra charge! (If you haven't tried this yet, it's time!) As we all know, the price of everything has gone up and I unfortunately need to adjust accordingly.

If you have any questions about the updated pricing, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to help. In order to keep massage sessions affordable to everyone, I have added a 45 minute session option as well.

Many of you know my daughter is on 3 high travel, very competitive, all star cheer teams. We are currently in the home stretch of the cheer season! Since December, Braeley has competed in Massachusettes twice, Rhode Island twice, New Jersey, Georgia, and Texas. Within the next month we head to Maryland, and FLORIDA TWICE. (with only one week apart!). (Once for The Cheerleading Worlds- which we are SO excited for because its her first time, and once for D2 Summit). It's been an incredible experience and they are doing amazing. She's on three teams (a worlds team, J6 and C4) and handling it like a champ- literally shes collecting champion jackets and rings like crazy.
