🌟PATIENT OF THE MONTH: MARTIN🌟

“I tore my ACL playing flag football and Caroline has worked to prepare me for surgery in two weeks. In my ten years old, I’ve learned so much about strength, muscles, ligaments, and the right way to exercise. I understand strong muscles are the key to a successful recovery, and Caroline has set me up for success. She has made a huge difference by adding elements of competition and unique movements.”

Getting better together. 👏

Our team took time this weekend for some hands-on training, collaboration, and skill development to continue delivering the highest level of care. They furthered their education in fall prevention, grip strength, and aging well. We believe great physical therapy starts with a team that never stops learning.

Proud of this crew and their commitment to excellence! 🔥

25 years ago, Luke was diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Today, at 70, he’s still choosing to LIVE. 🙌

After knee replacement surgery led to frequent falls, Luke committed to putting in the work. Through consistency and a personalized plan with Rachel, he retrained his brain and reduced his falls from 4–6 per day to about one per week with a goal to eliminate them completely.

His words say it best: “Some people live and some people watch other people live. I am going to live.”

We are so honored to be part of your journey, Luke. Your determination, positivity, and trust inspire all of us at Physical Therapy by Phoenix every single day. 🔥🧡
