Azalea Health Center by Harborview is conveniently located to Select Specialty and Walton Rehabilitation Hospitals. We also accept referrals from Augusta University hospital and Piedmont Hospital. Working closely with Charlie Norwood Veterans Administration Hospital, we are proud to care for those who served our country in the United States military.

Our residents have been earning “Azalea Bucks” through activities, and now they’ll get to shop and enjoy a fun, meaningful experience. We’re currently accepting donations to help make this day extra special!
