Hello earth lovers! I’m Cheyenne Jolene Yates, an ecologist (M.S.), forager, and clinical herbalist rooted in the Southeastern woodlands. My work at Among Oaks and Owls is all about helping people reconnect with nature for deep healing and remembrance.

Through plant walks, herbal medicine-making workshops, and one-on-one consultations, I guide others to rediscover the wisdom of the land and the medicine growing all around us. My approach blends scientific understanding with traditional and intuitive herbalism, creating a bridge between ecology and the healing arts.
