There’s no place like getting out and making memories together.
Our residents recently enjoyed a magical outing to see The Wizard of Oz production with Augusta School District and it was nothing short of wonderful. From the familiar songs to the timeless story, it brought smiles, laughter, and a little bit of nostalgia for everyone.
Moments like these remind us how meaningful it is to stay connected to the things we love—because sometimes, a trip down the yellow brick road is exactly what the heart needs.

Earth Day looks a little different for us.
It’s not just about the view from above (though our little corner of Augusta is pretty special). It’s about the moments happening right here on the ground.
Residents getting their hands in the dirt, planting flowers, sharing stories, and enjoying the patios together in the sunshine.
For us, Earth Day is about connection to nature, to each other, and to the place we call home.

Music has a way of bringing people together.
During music time, one resident reached out and took another’s hand - a simple, friendly moment between residents.
Moments like these are a beautiful reminder of the connection and kindness shared here every day.

We had a fantastic time with live music from The Bruce Valley Band!
They played all the favorite songs our residents know and love, along with a wonderful variety of tunes we don’t always get to hear. It was such a special treat!
There’s nothing quite like live music to bring smiles, spark memories, and get toes tapping. Our residents absolutely loved every minute of it!
Thank you, Bruce Valley Band, for sharing your talent and brightening our day!

We’ve got a familiar face stealing the spotlight again!
If there’s a camera around, you can count on this guy to find it! Our favorite camera ham never misses a chance to jump into the shot—and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. His personality keeps us all smiling and adds a little extra fun to our days.
Keep shining—you make every picture better!

One of our wonderful Silverleaf Assisted Living couples recently enjoyed a special outing to Osseo for lunch, taking time to relax, share a meal, and enjoy each other’s company outside of the everyday routine.
Moments like these remind us that it’s not just about where you are - it’s who you’re with. We’re so happy to help create opportunities for our residents to continue making memories together.

To top it all off, everyone indulged in delicious cheesecake and rich chocolate delicacies—making the afternoon even more delightful!
A beautiful day filled with joy, connection, and a touch of sweetness.

The residents had a sweet time helping the Augusta WI Lions Hall & Event Center ready for their community Easter egg hunt!
While they worked hard stuffing eggs for all the littles, let’s just say… a few pieces of candy may have mysteriously disappeared along the way
We love seeing our residents give back - and have a little fun while doing it!
