We have been working in the effort to screen for PFAS in our state. This is an extremely important work. As "forever chemicals," PFAS do not degrade, meaning they build up in soil and water over time, contaminating crops, milk, and drinking water. We will continue these efforts in 2026.

It is expected that there are 8.7 millionpeople in the US that have undiagnosed diabetes. Diabetes can contribute to kidney failure, blindness, and lead to amputations. It is ranking among the top 10 causes of death in the US. It doesn't have to be this way. Our mobile clinic offers diabetes screening.
