For our December , we would like to recognize Shamara! She has been with Barclay House for one year and has become a vital part of our community.

Shamara is one of our RNs and CNAs here at Barclay House. She is an extremely hard worker and always goes above and beyond for our residents.

Her favorite part about working at Barclay House is the residents. This year, she made Christmas wreaths for all residents’ doors. She also loves stepping in to help with hair and other beauty tasks.

Fun Fact: She loves crafting and makes wreaths, cups, candles, shirts, and blankets.

Thank you, Shamara, for all that you do. Congratulations!

She joined QSL Management senior living right after college without knowing where her path would lead. 🌿 What she found was a role that lets her support communities, cheer on activities teams, and watch creativity come to life for residents. Seeing joy on the faces of seniors has become the best part of her work and a reminder that she landed exactly where she was meant to be.
