March is recognized as Sleep Awareness Month, a time to highlight how important quality sleep is for overall health and wellbeing.
For older adults especially, good sleep helps support memory, mood, immune function, and daily energy levels. Simple habits like keeping a consistent bedtime, limiting caffeine in the evening, and creating a calm, comfortable sleep environment can make a big difference.
Sometimes a little extra support can help too. Our caregivers are always happy to assist with evening routines, preparing a light bedtime snack, tidying up the home for a peaceful environment, or making sure everything is safe and comfortable before turning in for the night.
Because restful nights lead to brighter days.
