I do not work to live, I live to work, which makes it way more interesting. I live in the kitchen and do not gain too much weight. ; ) which means that I am also health conscience but I never loose my way with a sense of taste. I cook only with fresh herbs and the most delicate and unheard of spices, which makes my dishes so unique and loved. I also top things off with the sweetest touch of sweet

delights. Whether you are a sugar fan, like me, or a fan of "Trivia" I still can keep it just the way you like it. So, give me a try and I guarantee that you would want more. I specialize in very eloquent dishes and cuzines, but mind you... I am from the southern state and we love creole and cajun foods but not limited to. Ask me and I'll make it happen for the special night for you and whom ever you wish to treat to my style of cooking.
