MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE COMING MID-NOVEMBER! 💆

Hi everyone! I am so excited to announce that starting the second week of November, I will be offering Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage! I will be taking a full-time, week long certification course the first week of November, and will become officially certified as soon as I’m finished!

This has been a type of massage I’ve had consistent requests for, so I am incredibly happy I’ll be able to offer it. It’s becoming a huge part of post-surgical aftercare, with doctors now recommending it for most patients! To read more about it, please feel free to check out these articles:

WE’VE UPGRADED TO INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY!💆
Well everyone, I tried out my red light therapy machine and soon realized I definitely wanted the upgrade to infrared light— so I went and purchased one! I’m still including this as a complementary add-on for all massages 🙂

Infrared light is the upgraded version of red light therapy, and hits all the way down to the muscular layer instead of just the surface! This light also emits more heat, which I’m really hoping helps all the tired and sore muscles!

Let me know what you all think! I can’t wait for everyone to try it out!
