Halloween magic made its way through the halls of Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia today as our pediatric inpatients went trick-or-treating. Team members dressed up, lined the hallways with candy and smiles, and helped our little patients celebrate the holiday in true spooky spirit. A big thank you to our incredible Child Life Specialists for organizing this special event that brought laughter, costumes and sweet moments to kids and families spending Halloween with us.

Young patients with cancer at Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia received a little lift in the form of colorful building-block heart necklaces, handmade by constructiveHEARTS to support pediatric cancer. For every four necklaces sold, a fifth is donated to a child with cancer, and 22 necklaces were delivered Monday. The Press On Fund partnered with Constructive Hearts to distribute 22 necklaces to young cancer patients at Wellstar Children’s Hospital of Georgia.
