Here and Now

Here and Now I made a tremendous change to my health. I have a husband that is disabled four girls 3 grandchildren That is what I decided to do.

When you see your own health go down hill, you make a change. I was diagnosed with Prolonged QT which is a heart condition that is scary. I have other issues as well, GERD, hiatal hernia, leftward axis, right bundle branch block, scoliosis, sclerotic lesions on feet and back..diet change and exercise mainly walking helps but still need to work on things. Fibromyalgia is a big issues with me which is constant pain. But my family is what keeps me going.
