9 months ago I would’ve laughed in your face if you told me my “dad bod” would evolve into an unbreakable force.
-start small. Pack your gym bag.
-visualize yourself walking into the gym
-pick a gym (i like small gyms)
-create a playlist that motivates you
-find a trainer in the gym or qualified influencer/trainer that you can follow online to figure out what you’re doing.
-enter the gym with purpose and LOCK IN.
-the first gym visits: just figure out where you are and don’t let your ego lift too heavy or do too much.
-now, let’s GO!! 💪 🚨 ‼️
