Over the years, I’ve spent much of my counseling career pouring into my growth as a therapist — learning, studying, sharpening my skills, and trying to show up as the best version of myself for every person who trusts me with their story.

But in the last three years, something shifted.

My mission grew from helping individuals and couples strengthen their daily lives, their faith, and their relationships…
to building a place where future therapists can do the same.

Growing a group practice has allowed me to mentor counselors and interns as they learn to ride the rough waves of internship, face the early challenges of this profession, and discover their calling. It hasn’t always been easy — but it has always been worth it.

This work is an effort of love. Love for people. Love for marriages. Love for our community.
