Restoring the Fourth Trimester: Healing doesn’t end when the baby arrives. We’re joining forces with Boppy to spotlight the 'Fourth Trimester': advocating for postpartum restoration and culturally-centered care for Black mothers everywhere.

The transition into motherhood is a sacred journey, a bridge between generations that requires more than just a momentary pause. It demands a season of deep restoration. For too long, the needs of the Black mother have been sidelined in the weeks following birth. But we know that wellness is a birthright, and postpartum care is a sacred necessity.

Together with Boppy, we are reclaiming the breath and the power of our mothers. We are building a support system that honors ancestral wisdom while providing modern comfort. Because when we support the mother, we heal the lineage.

Join us as we champion the revival of ancestral practices and ensure every mother feels held, heard, and whole. Our journey together is just beginning.
