Bridget Rose is a certified ThetaBreathwork® facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and Deep Transformational Coach devoted to helping individuals regulate their nervous system and reconnect with their body.

Her work blends breathwork, ThetaHealing meditation, Reiki energy, music, and mindset coaching to create a deeply supportive and grounding experience.

Through her guided breathwork sessions, Bridget helps clients release emotional weight, move through overwhelm, and return to a more regulated state where clarity, connection, and inner wisdom can naturally arise.
