Online individual therapy, dance/movement therapy, and sound meditation for adults 18+ managing anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Email for details.

Individual therapy is offered through either a secure online connection or via phone. My therapeutic style is client-centered and solution-focused to understand issues from the individual's point of view and develop treatment based on client-identified goals. Specific issues I've assisted clients with have included depression, anxiety, codependency, relationship building, and managing change. Group therapy will be offered in a community space that uses personal stories to initiate movement and guided rhythmic exercises to build emotional support. Groups can be developed for an organization or small group.

The 12/14 event will be 100% virtual since one of us would have to trek far and it’s expected to snow several days at the end of this week. Less time spent playing instruments than dancing but more comfortable improvising with sound than movement. Something to continue to explore.
