Utilizing a varied approach to treatment, including CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and a Solution-Focused-Strengths-Based Perspective, I individualize interventions based on the client's need. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or the many other difficult emotions and life experiences humans face, I work with you to develop a plan to assist you in achieving your goals. I am an advocate for equity and social justice, always employing an intersectional lens when considering societal factors that may contribute to your struggles. I take pride in cultivating a safe space for everyone I come into contact with, and am always growing, learning, and striving to provide culturally competent care. As a Social Worker by training I stand with the National Association of Social Workers to decry the decision of the Supreme Court in overturning Roe v Wade, taking away fundamental healthcare for so many. The impacts of this decision will be far reaching and devastating.

I believe that basic healthcare, including abortion, is a human right, and each individual is capable of making a decision regarding abortion that is best for them. I will continue to be a strong advocate for social justice and equity for all, fighting for such essential and basic rights.
