Rejuvenating Reiki

Our body, mind and spirit all work together. All three must be in alignment so there can be a free flow of energy. There are seven main energy centers known as chakras. When the energy is free flowing and balanced you are less likely to get sick. If the energy is low, or restricted in its flow, you will be more vulnerable to illness, disease and imbalances in the body. These blocks happen due to stress, fears, toxins, anxiety, accidents and trauma. The health of our chakras determines how emotionally and physically healthy we are. A significant part of my life has been influenced by spirituality, meditation and yoga. Being guided by the universe to travel to India in 2014 to study Ayurveda and seek enlightenment and truth. My healing journey has led me to become a Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapy Master. I am extremely passionate about empowering others to transform and heal their own lives using the skills I have acquired. In order for us to truly transform we must look deep within and through forgiveness, gratitude and love we can become whole. I am here to guide you emotionally, spiritually and physically, I am honored and look forward to being a part of your healing journey.
