Today we’re celebrating Alba, who has been part of the Juniper family for an incredible 27 years.

Alba brings so much heart to our community — from her love of cooking and music to the special connections she builds with residents, their families, and our team. She reminds us every day that working in healthcare is truly a calling filled with purpose.

One of the most beautiful parts of her story is that when Alba use to bring her son to Juniper Wellspring as a child, he was inspired by the care he saw here. Today, he is a nurse working in the operating room.

We are so grateful for her dedication, compassion, and the many blessings she brings to our community.

Thank you, Alba, and congratulations on 27 amazing years!

Our morning began with a wonderful experience! Community members enjoyed a session of gentle music, movement, and a lively scarf activity. The soothing melodies set a peaceful tone, while the vibrant scarves brought a playful spark to the hour, leaving everyone feeling both calm and engaged. It was truly a delightful way to start the day, and everyone appreciated the thoughtful planning that went into such a restorative morning.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Kiemel for organizing such an uplifting activity that resonated so well with everyone involved. A special bravo goes out to Victor, who joined Kiemel for an impromptu duet on his harmonica!

These moments of connection and creativity are a highlight of our week, and we are all looking forward to more sessions like this in the future.

We recently celebrated a very special birthday for beloved resident, Carol Wheeling. Surrounded by the warmth of friends and the dedicated team in Wellspring, Carol marked her big day with the radiant smile we all know and love. Born on February 25, 1947, Carol is a familiar presence at our activities, especially when there is music to enjoy or a sweet treat to savor.

It was a truly heartwarming afternoon with live entertainment and singing. We are so grateful to have her as part of our community and look forward to many more musical moments together.

Every time we share a giggle during trivia or craft sessions, it helps to reduce stress and improves blood flow throughout the body. It is wonderful to see that "heart-healthy" spirit in action during our recent painting session. These moments of connection and laughter are just as important as the beautiful artwork being created!
