Aurora Strong Resilience Center People experience traumatic stress in the aftermath of many difficult or challenging situations, such as the Aurora theater shooting.

Aurora Strong provides a variety of programs and services for anyone within the community who may be coping with trauma Aurora Strong provides a variety of programs and services free-of-charge, including:
One-on-one and group counseling
Health and Wellness Classes
Arts and Recreation Classes
Connecting victims to community resources

To all of you....and you know who you are....I am so sorry that I will not be able to be with you tonight. If only I could wrap my arms around you and give you a hug, You all mean the world to me. Knowing you has changed me and you never cease to amaze me, You have all walked through the fire and survived and you continue through your own pain to reach out to help others. You strength of mind and character motivates me every day. You, all of you, will always and forever be in my heart and a part of my life.
