Ingredients:

-2–3 large potatoes
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp paprika
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-Optional: pepper or parmesan cheese

Directions:

1.)Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2.)Cut potatoes into thin strips.
3.)Soak in cold water for 20–30 minutes (this helps make them extra crispy!).
4.)Pat dry, then toss with olive oil and seasonings.
5.)Spread evenly on a baking sheet (don’t overcrowd).
6.)Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
7.)Serve warm and enjoy!
