Getting to your appointments shouldn’t be a struggle.

At Waterford Place, we know that transportation can sometimes be a barrier to care. That’s why we want to share a helpful resource — the Pace Rideshare Access Program (RAP).

Through RAP, riders who are ADA-certified can take advantage of affordable, flexible transportation using Uber or UZURV.

Program highlights:
-Pay only $3.25 per trip
-Pace covers the rest (up to a set amount)
-Up to 30 rides per month
-Must be RTA ADA paratransit certified

This program offers more independence and convenience for getting to medical visits, community programs, or other important errands.

Today we close our Día de los Mu***os ofrenda at Waterford Place. It has been wonderful to celebrate the lives of our loved ones with joy, color, and gratitude.

As we wrap up, let’s focus on the people we care about, share laughter, create memories, and fill our days with connection and love. Every moment we spend together is a gift, and celebrating life can bring light even in challenging times.

Celebrating Life Through Tradition.

This year marks the very first Día de los Mu***os ofrenda at Waterford Place — a beautiful tribute honoring life, love, and memory.

Our ofrenda serves as a celebration of life, inviting our community to reflect on the stories, strength, and enduring spirit of those touched by cancer. Through this display, we hope to bridge cultural expression and healing, reminding us that every life deserves to be remembered and celebrated.

We invite members of our community to take part in this celebration by submitting a 5x7 framed photo of a loved one or pet they wish to have remembered. The ofrenda will remain on display through November 4.

🎀 Care and Comfort for Our Survivors 🎀

A huge thank-you to the local corporate Nissan team for providing over 140 care packages for breast cancer survivors. Each included a beanie, socks, and gloves to bring warmth and support during treatment. 💖
A special thank-you to Nilofar Mulla for reaching out and helping to create this wonderful supportive partnership.

Your thoughtfulness is truly making an impact in our community. We’re so grateful for your support and for reminding our survivors that they don’t have to face this journey alone!
