Seeking early career or seasoned licensed testing psychologist who enjoys the flexibility of creating their own schedule while still having support from an organization as a W2 employee. You MUST have an active, unrestricted licensed in the state of Colorado as a psychologist for this position. Please only apply if you have this license type.

This individual’s primary responsibility will be to conduct Social Security disability assessments at least two to three days a week (or more if they choose), mostly for adults but for some children as well. In-person testing typically using the WAIS, WMS, WISC. Some short 1.5 hr interview/MSE evaluations are an option as well (in-person or telehealth). Reports due to SSA within 10 days or less so quick report turnaround will be absolutely essential. Option to do the testing yourself OR to train and supervise two or more first-year doctoral externs to assist with the test administration and report transcription.

The details of financial compensation will be discussed during the interview process. However, depending on the specific testing, the time spent, and if externs are involved, it breaks down to approximately $80/hr at the lowest (solo testing) and up to $130+/hr at the high end (with assistance of externs) because you could have simultaneous testing going on at the same time. SSA testing on average ranges from 3 to 6 hours of total time for each test spent on interview, test administration, interpretation, and report writing (but again, less of your direct time if externs are involved).

As a W2 employee, we offer you:
Competitive compensation based on percentage which can increase over time
Office space and testing materials included
EHR, billing and administrative support, marketing provided
Group malpractice insurance coverage (in addition to your own)
Monthly health insurance stipend for full time employees (working the equivalent of 4+ full days)
CE credit sponsorship for F/T employees
Generous yearly bonus program
Clinician referral bonus program
Schedule flexibility including flexible time off
Autonomy with organizational support
Insurance credentialing and contracting for additional testing opportunities, if desired

If desired, additional testing opportunities may also be available in:
Workers Compensation cases
Vocational Rehabilitation evaluations
Bariatric clearance evaluations
Autism evaluations
ADHD/LD evaluations
Decisional capacity evaluations
Other areas of testing with which you already have training, expertise, and interest

If these additional testing opportunities are desired, you would be added to our insurance (or other) contracts and will make a percentage of the fees collected.

While this is not a mandated part of this job, we also offer opportunities to supervise LPCC’s or Psychologist candidates who would provide therapy to clients under your license / supervision. You would make your percentage minus the pay offered to your supervisee. Weekly or biweekly individual supervision, reading/signing off on notes and treatment plans, assisting supervisees with crisis situations or other supervisory needs as necessary.

Please forward your CV, cover letter, redacted assessment report sample, and three references with your application.

We are looking for licensed Independent Contractor therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD) to serve therapy clients that want to use their health insurance . We are a growing family-run private practice. We strive to take care of our providers and we give you personalized attention, which makes this an ideal, and extraordinary partnership. This kind of personalized focus on you and your needs is difficult to find with other large practices.
You would be added to our group insurance contracts. We get you credentialed and contracted (can take 60-120 days). You would see insurance-based clients through C4VL. You do not have to worry about billing or tracking claims (or paying extra for this service) as we do this for you. This is perfect for providers who do not currently take nor do they want to take insurance on their own. Hours can be flexible and generally, you work on your own terms as a 1099 contractor. You should carry your own malpractice insurance.
We are looking for individuals who can give a 2 yr commitment and those who meet one of the following: 1) have their own office OR 2) would like to work from an office we are opening early this Spring in Denver (Glendale area) or 3) want to work from our Aurora office on weekends.
Compensation is extremely competitive as we have secured excellent reimbursement rates on our group contracts (generally $45-70+/clinical hr for you (a bit more for psychologists), depending on insurance and coding, and whether you use your office or ours).
