It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood! I love how He simplifies life for us in spite of our misguided efforts to keep the status quo or be too complicated at times! He does take the things intended to our harm and turn them to our good! And the sweet result is peace that passes understanding! I am more thankful everyday for the things He takes away and the sweet peace that often ensues, not peace as the world gives . . . but oh, so much better coming from Him.

Hey, those zinc lozenges are one of my families favorite remedies for relief of the sore throat and other unpleasant infectious junk that accompanies or follows on the heals of the fall pollens and molds and fungus! Soothe those delicate membranes with zinc lozenges. My kids have not tried any they like as well as these! They work, and they taste good!

Lots of old friends and fellow health enthusiasts touched base today! So good to hear from you. Do not lose faith. You are part of my inspiration, as much as you consider me part of yours. Consider yourselves hugged. I have noticed over the years that the transition to fall (9/20, equinox) and school schedules seems to throw people from their structure and undermine many people's confidence for a time. Do not forget as the days get shorter to check yourself for SADD. If you suspect you are a sufferer, do not suffer needlessly. There is a very simple remedy. Call me 417-678-7624.
