Letโs get into the stretches:
1๏ธโฃ ๐ช๐๐-๐ช๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐โโฌ โ Get on all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips. Arch your back up, then lower and extend. Hold each for 10 seconds, repeat 3โ5 times.

โ Extend your right arm and left leg, hold 10โ15 seconds, then switch sides. Do 3โ5 reps per side to activate your core and stabilize your spine.
