Let’s get into the stretches:
1️⃣ 𝑪𝒂𝒕-𝑪𝒐𝒘 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒄𝒉 🐈‍⬛ — Get on all fours, hands under shoulders, knees under hips. Arch your back up, then lower and extend. Hold each for 10 seconds, repeat 3–5 times.
2️⃣ 𝑩𝒊𝒓𝒅 𝑫𝒐𝒈 🦅 — Extend your right arm and left leg, hold 10–15 seconds, then switch sides. Do 3–5 reps per side to activate your core and stabilize your spine.
3️⃣ 𝑪𝒐𝒃𝒓𝒂 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒄𝒉 🐍 — Lie flat, hands under shoulders, and press up to gently arch your lower back. Hold 30–60 seconds, repeat 1–3 times.

1️⃣ 𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐒𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐩 𝐑𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 — Sit on a wobble cushion or yoga ball and gently move your hips side to side. 🌀 This loosens up the lower back and ease tightness for a more effective adjustment!

2️⃣ 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 & 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐇𝐢𝐩 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐬 — Rock those hips forward and back! 🧘‍♀️ Keeps the pelvis and sacral area mobile and flexible, reducing stiffness and discomfort.

3️⃣ 𝐇𝐢𝐩 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 — Get on one knee and gently lean forward until you feel a stretch through the front of your hip. 💥 Hold for 10–20 seconds, then switch sides. Repeat 3–5 times to release tension in the psoas and pelvis.

4️⃣ 𝐂𝐚𝐭-𝐂𝐨𝐰 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 — On all fours, arch your back (🐱) and then let your belly sink down (🐮). Wiggle your hips side to side for extra movement! This stretch brings mobility and flexibility to the spine and sacrum.
