In April 2021, Norm Krimbill came to the CU Anschutz Cancer Center for a clinical trial for patients with metastatic esophageal cancer. Now in 2026, the retired Navy officer is living his best life, and his metastatic disease has disappeared, leaving just the primary esophageal tumor.
