"TARGETED TREATMENT FOR BETTER LIVING." My venture into massage therapy began in January 2006. In short, I wanted to help people feel better.

I was looking for a way that I could help other people in their journey of health and well being. My goal with massage therapy is to help relieve pain caused by stress or injury so that my clients are able to lead happier, more productive lives. If the body is happy, then I truly believe that the mind and spirit are happy as well! I am continually taking classes to learn new theraputic techniques in hopes my clients will receive maximum benifit from my work. I love massage therapy as it allows me to do a job I love and still be able to spend quality time with my family. In my spare time, I enjoy running, taekwon-do, reading, and scrapbooking. I believe that being active is an integral part of leading a healthy life! I look forward to meeting you and helping you in your path to a healthier happier life!
