Ana, I truly don’t know where this office would be without you. Your work ethic, leadership, and commitment to our patients and team are second to none. You show up every single day with positivity, professionalism, and a level of care that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Beyond being an incredible office manager, you’re an even more incredible person. Your kindness, loyalty, and dedication mean more than you probably realize. I’m so grateful to work alongside someone I respect so much, and I can honestly say this place wouldn’t be the same without you.

🚨‼️🚨Stretch of the Day!!‼️🚨‼️Not sure about you but my calfs are always tight probably because I don’t do enough of this kind of stretch! This is an easy and effective stretch to obviously improve flexibility in your calf but always help ankle mobility and improve ROM. Thanks for watching and like for more videos like this!!
