Tessa Sandell I'm in love with helping women find their voices, feel beautiful in their own skin, and to have them be the beautiful individual that YOU are.

I have a full-time gig as a Dental Assistant. But my passion comes alive when I work online and one-on-one with clients as their health & Fitness Coach. As a women that thought that not eating and skipping meals to be skinny is what I need to do in order for people to think that I was good enough. To come fine out that is not what is the right way. As life moves on I am that 10% of women out in this world that is struggling with infertility. I found Clean eating, exercising at home and Shakeology were the keys to getting my life back.
