The loudest voice in your head is your own.
And for a lot of people… it’s harsh.
“You’re not good enough.”
“No one cares.”
“You always mess things up.”
It feels real.

The good news is you can retrain it.
Start simple.
Write down one thing you did well today.
Even something small.
Then question the negative thoughts.
Is this actually true? Where’s the proof?
It takes time, but it works.
