❄️ Shoveling Season Is Here—Stay Safe! ❄️
As the snow starts piling up, remember that proper shoveling technique can make all the difference in protecting your back!

Here are a few tips to keep you pain-free:
✨ Warm up first — A few minutes of stretching helps loosen tight muscles.
✨ Use your legs — Bend your knees, not your back. Let your legs do the lifting!
✨ Keep the shovel close — Avoid twisting or reaching too far.
✨ Take breaks — Shoveling is a workout. Pace yourself.
✨ Listen to your body — If something doesn’t feel right, stop.

If you do feel soreness afterward, we’re here to help you realign, recover, and stay healthy all winter long. ❄️💙
