Hello everyone ! I’d like to take a moment to shout out Justin Yoken, our co- founder at Brain Food Recovery Services. This weekend we are not only celebrating his belly button birthday but also his sobriety birthday of 11 years today ! For the past 11 years, Justin has been helping guys on their journey of recovery. He has touched the lives of hundreds of men and families, including me ( Charlie) and for that we are eternally grateful. This year Justin has gotten married to love of his life, became a dog owner to the lovely Phoebe, moved into a home with a yard (phoebe approved!) and has continued to nurture the growth of a business based on selfless love - a quality he has embodied since he walked into his own recovery 11 years ago. If you know Justin, then you know his mission: to help and be a beacon of light to those struggling. The ripples of change he’s made in this world are real and we are so incredibly grateful to have him as a leader and brother in this never ending fight. We love you. HAPPY 11 years! ❤️❤️🧠🧠

Happy Friday friends!

We wanted to take a moment to introduce the newest member of the Brain Food family. Matthew Harvey-Parrish.

Matthew, born and raised in Austin, Texas, found recovery in December of 2020. Matthew’s favorite part of being in recovery is being immersed in a community that gave him a space to gain clarity, purpose, and an ability to help others find the same. Matthew enjoys working out, time with his family, live music, and sports.

“My biggest blessings in recovery have been the ability to mend relationships, building a family, becoming the man I was meant to be, and getting to witness others do the same.”
