Weight loss plateaus are extremely common — especially once your body adapts to calorie restriction or GLP-1 medications.
Most people assume the medication stopped working, but in many cases the body has simply adjusted and a few metabolic factors need to be reassessed.
The most common things I see with patients are low protein intake, dehydration, delayed eating windows, loss of muscle from too much cardio, and metabolic adaptation to dosing.
Sometimes small changes in nutrition, training, hydration, or protocol adjustments are enough to get things moving again.
If you’re currently stuck in a plateau, comment ‘PLATEAU’ and I’ll send you a few strategies I use clinically.
