You asked what you can actually do. Here it is: no overwhelm, no 47-step protocol.

Four lifestyle foundations that move the needle on all three hormones, and the signs it’s time to stop guessing and get personalized support.

Start with sleep. Everything else builds from there. 💛

Save this. It’s your starting point.

Nobody told you your hormones would shift like this. So let me.

In perimenopause, three hormones are changing simultaneously, and most women are being told their labs look “normal” while feeling anything but.

Estrogen fluctuates then drops — taking your mood, memory, metabolism and sleep with it.

Progesterone goes first and fastest -> your calming hormone, gone. Hello, wired-but-tired and 3am wake-ups!

Cortisol surges — because without estrogen to buffer it, every stressor hits harder and lands in your belly.

This isn’t weakness. This is your biology and it responds to personalization and support, not punishment.

Save this. Share it with a woman who needs to hear it. 🌞

I’m the first one to love a peptide. Truly.

But here’s what I’ve learned, and what I see over and over again with the women I work with: no protocol, no matter how advanced, will outwork a foundation that isn’t there.

We’re wired to look for the fix. The thing that will finally make it click. I’ve been there.

And sometimes the hardest thing in the world is just… drinking water before your coffee. Eating breakfast. Getting to bed.

Not because we don’t know better. But because taking care of ourselves at that level requires us to slow down, look inward, and stop outsourcing our healing.

Peptides? Yes. Absolutely. They have a place and they can be incredible tools. But ask yourself honestly… is this coming from a desire to optimize, or a desire to skip the hard part?

Because if it’s the latter, it won’t give you what you’re looking for. I know, because I’ve been there too.
Start with the foundation. Then let’s layer in the fun stuff.

→ Save this for when you need the reminder. And if you’re ready to actually build it — link in bio.

The people you surround yourself have a big impact on your health and longevity. Choose wisely 😘

Men run on a 24-hour hormonal rhythm.
Women run on a 28-day rhythm.

Different cycles.
Different energy patterns.
Different biological design.

Neither better.
Just different.

And when we understand that difference, we stop fighting biology and start working with it.

That’s where the real power is.

Men. Your response matters more than you think.

When the woman you love is overwhelmed, emotional, or “not herself”…
She doesn’t need you to fix it.

She needs you to:
• listen
• be present
• say “I hear you”
• give her a hug
• ask: “What does support look like right now?”

Your presence regulates her nervous system more than you realize.

You are not just her partner.
You are her safe place.

And when women feel safe—everything changes.

What you resist persists. So do the dang thing. It’s healing 😘

Your gut plays a major role in hormone balance—especially in midlife.

Inside your microbiome lives the estrobolome: a group of gut bacteria that help metabolize and regulate estrogen. When the gut is out of balance, estrogen metabolism can be too… which is why so many women start noticing:
• bloating• irregular digestion• stubborn weight gain
The good news: there are ways to support it.

Think whole foods, fiber, complex carbohydrates, and supporting microbial diversity. And if you really want to understand what’s happening, a comprehensive stool test can provide deeper insight.

I only order , which uses advanced whole-genomic sequencing to give highly detailed information about the gut microbiome.

Because when we understand the gut, we can build a more personalized plan to support hormone balance and overall health in midlife. ✨

Cortisol steal is what happens when survival > s*x hormones.

If you’re 35+, high-achieving, constantly “on” — your body will prioritize stress over progesterone.

That looks like:• worse PMS• anxious sleep• stubborn belly fat• shorter cycles• feeling wired + exhausted

The solution isn’t pushing harder.
It’s:✨ stabilizing metabolic health (blood sugar = hormone stability)✨ micro-moments to breathe + reset your nervous system✨ strength training + movement✨ sunlight + nature✨ real connection
This is personalized medicine and hormone support.
Midlife doesn’t have to feel like burnout. You get to put your oxygen mask on first!!

The micro moments can add up. I love little rituals, mantras that I add throughout my day. Tell me your favorites?

Integrative & Functional Health Services

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority and nearly 10 years of experience in Integrative and Functional Medicine. I understand the complexity of disease, but also know that you are much more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you feel your best! I use a whole-body, collaborative approach to get to the root cause of health issues and am there with you every step of the way.

What I offer, that you will not get from a traditional healthcare practice, is transparency and partnership. All providers have answers, but you can’t get the best answers unless you ask the right questions. First I focus on listening. Learning your whole story leads me to the right questions. Those questions will guide the gathering of medical data through specialized testing. I can go in-depth with you explaining the results of the testing, and show you how I distinguish signal from noise. This is what I mean by transparency. Then together we will make a health plan that you understand and to which you’re willing to commit yourself. And we will follow-up and adjust as needed, for results you can feel. This is what I mean by partnership.

I want you to feel your best, and together we can make it happen! Click here to register and schedule your new patient appointment.
