I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority and nearly 10 years of experience in Integrative and Functional Medicine. I understand the complexity of disease, but also know that you are much more than a diagnosis. My goal is to help you feel your best! I use a whole-body, collaborative approach to get to the root cause of health issues and am there with you every step of the way.

What I offer, that you will not get from a traditional healthcare practice, is transparency and partnership. All providers have answers, but you can’t get the best answers unless you ask the right questions. First I focus on listening. Learning your whole story leads me to the right questions. Those questions will guide the gathering of medical data through specialized testing. I can go in-depth with you explaining the results of the testing, and show you how I distinguish signal from noise. This is what I mean by transparency. Then together we will make a health plan that you understand and to which you’re willing to commit yourself. And we will follow-up and adjust as needed, for results you can feel.
