Why does your phone deserve a full charge, but your mind is left on empty?

We rush for a charger the moment we see a red battery bar, yet we often push ourselves to keep going when our own internal reserves are depleted.

Just as a phone requires a regular power source to function, the mind requires intentional "recharge" routines—such as mindful breaks, adequate sleep, and establishing firm boundaries—to reset cognitive capacity and foster long-term resilience.

It is important to remember that charging your mind is a fundamental necessity. Without it, the tools we use to navigate the world simply cannot perform at their peak.
