A little about me! I’m 50 and in menopause!

I started on compounded semiglutide the middle of Sept 2023 and switched to Zepbound at the end of December 2023 and currently still on Zepbound 15mg. I lost a total of 11 pounds on the shots( 9/23-8/24)

Amazing day of connecting, learning, inspiration and business savvy! Some of the best leaders in the industry provided the perspective, direction and belief that went straight to the heart.

I love to grow and evolve. I love to feel good and take care of myself. That wasn’t always true! I wanted it to be true, but I didn’t make it a priority. (I didn’t believe I could do it)

Love JoAnn’s results!

🚨UPDATE on health journey and Tranont products.
I realized that the last pic was Aug 2023, so I added July 2024. I started this journey in 2020 and I'll stop when the dash meets the date, basically as long as I have breath. Btw, my clothes in Aug 2023 are mediums and SMALLS in July 2024. I haven't been 137 lbs or in small sizes since 2008... Winning 🏆

How do you do with maintaining weight-loss????

I'm happy to see that 11 months later, I'm down 4.3 lbs and down 4-3/4 total inches. I'm faster and stronger. I've been testing out Transform and Activate, the DHS system since April that target blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, triglycerides, and waist circumference.

My results:
🔹Blood pressure was 152/80 on April 4th and 128/84 on July 12th
🔹️Cholesterol was 238 (HDL 110, LDL 119) in April 2024 and now 211 (HDL 95, LDL 107) in July
🔹️Triglycerides were 53 in April and now 48 in July
🔹️Waist circumference - down 1-1/2 inches since April 2024

Yep, I'm eating the SAME foods and increased my daily calories. I don't do fake food, zero calorie, fat-free, or reduced anything (applies to people, too) because I like to keep it real 💯 I learned not to self sabotage my goals. I'm kinder to myself. I calibrate my mindset regularly. I have truly found the JOY in my JOurneY 🎉

I track every single ounce/gram of food and drink I consume. I take note of how I feel, i.e., am I starving, satisfied, full, tired, energetic. Losing weight allowed me to run again in 2022, after 6 years out of the game. I maintain a good balance of fat, protein, carbs, vitamins, and minerals to sustain. I live by CHOICES, not RESTRICTIONS (diets). In addition to food, I take a Enrich digestive enzyme, Glow collagen, Optimize proteolytic enzyme (inflammation), and my Mojo, nootropic drink.

You are not what you eat... You are what you ABSORB. This goes for your body 💪 and your mind 🧠

Perimenopause/Menopause/Midlife presents in a variety of ways. Some small and discreet, some loud and obnoxious! Regardless, there is a shift. I have become more introspective and focused on doing things in my life that improve my mental and emotional health. Truly, it’s my top priority.
