Most people pouring themselves a bottle of wine each night or having a couple of drinks think it's no big deal because they are not an alcoholic. However, according to modern science, this habit is actively compromising your brain and definitely affecting your sleep.

When your sleep is affected, it causes a cascade of consequences: irritability, frustration, and snapping at your spouse.
