Yeshua died at 33. The human spine has 33 vertebrae. The same structure that holds us up is the same number of years He held this Earth.

We have 12 ribs on each side. 12 disciples. 12 tribes of Israel. God built His design into our bones. He wrote Heaven into our anatomy.

The vagus nerve runs from your brain to your heart and gut. It calms storms inside the body. It looks just like a cross. That’s the power source running through us. Every time your body heals, every time your heart slows in prayer, every time peace shows up when it shouldn’t…that’s Him.

Yeshua (Greeks named him Jesus 200 years later) rose on the third day. Science tells us that when you fast for 3 days, your body starts regenerating. Old cells die. New ones are born. Healing begins. Your body literally resurrects itself. That’s not coincidence. That’s design.

And it keeps going.

Your heart has an electrical rhythm. Your brain lights up when you pray. Tears contain different chemicals depending on if you’re crying from joy or grief. The blood speaks. The bones store memory. The body worships whether you realize it or not.

We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are walking prophecy. Walking tabernacles. Dust and divinity in one.
God didn’t just create you. He carved Himself into you.

AWKN Ranch (Ancient Wisdom Known Now) is a 12-acre transformative wellness sanctuary and retreat center nestled in the serene Hill Country just outside South Austin, Texas. The Within Center is our on-site, medically licensed clinic specializing in ceremonial-guided ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, integrated with comprehensive wellness and regenerative health practices.
We blend ancient wisdom with evidence-based medicine to facilitate profound nervous system healing, consciousness expansion, trauma resolution, burnout recovery, cognitive regeneration, and holistic longevity. Our facilities include ceremonial yurts, yoga and movement studios, infrared saunas, cold plunges, hot tubs, natural springs-fed pools, fire pits, hammock gardens, pickleball courts, and a sacred temple space—all designed to create safety, deep connection, and lasting transformation.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our clinical team at the Within Center. You will work directly under the supervision of our Medical Director (MD) to provide expert anesthesia services, primarily for intravenous ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions in a calm, therapeutic, non-OR environment.
This role emphasizes patient safety, precise dosing, vigilant monitoring, and collaborative care—offering meaningful one-on-one patient interactions in a low-stress, high-impact setting focused on healing rather than high-volume procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform thorough pre-session medical assessments and anesthesia planning in collaboration with our MD and therapeutic team.
• Safely administer and titrate intravenous ketamine and adjunct medications during guided sessions.
• Provide continuous monitoring of vital signs, oxygenation, and patient response, with immediate intervention capability.
• Oversee post-session emergence, recovery, and handover to integration specialists.
• Work directly with our Medical Director on protocol refinement, patient selection, and quality assurance.
• Maintain precise documentation and ensure full compliance with Texas medical board regulations, DEA guidelines, and best practices in psychedelic-assisted therapy.
• Contribute to ongoing development of safe, effective protocols in this emerging field.

Qualifications
• Current NBCRNA certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
• Active Texas RN and APRN licensure (or immediate eligibility).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA (outpatient, sedation, or pain management experience preferred).
• Strong skills in IV sedation and monitoring in non-operating-room settings.
• Genuine interest in integrative medicine, mental health, or psychedelic-assisted therapy strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary, heart-centered team.
• Commitment to personal growth, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed care.
