This Saturday, April 25th, we encourage you to participate in National Drug Take Back Day, and safely dispose of unneeded or expired medications. This is an important step in preventing accidental poisoning and drug misuse, and it protects our water supply.

Here are some suggestions of local drop off locations:
April 25, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m
• Travis County: Constable Precinct locations
• Williamson County: Round Rock Police Department (2701 N. Mays St.)
• Hays County: Buda Police Department (405 E. Loop St.)

Need health insurance, but you missed the Open Enrollment deadline?

You may still be able to sign up for an Individual or Family Plan in a Special Enrollment Period (SEP) if you qualify with these major life changes:
• Loss of health coverage in the last 60 days
• Household changes like getting married or having a baby
• Moving to a new zip code that offers different plans
• Income changes making you eligible for insurance savings
• Gaining U.S. citizenship or a newly eligible immigration status

We've acquired Rippl, a dementia care platform built to help people living with dementia and support their families and caregivers. It helps identify health issues early, reduce ER visits, and ease the emotional load on caregivers.

The dementia care program will be available to people receiving care at Harbor Health and our VillageMD locations in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, and El Paso, and the acquisition expands our services into the Florida market. In addition, Rippl services will continue to be provided to Medicare Advantage members as well as seniors covered by traditional Medicare through CMS’ innovative GUIDE program.

It's another way we're making CARE and COVERAGE work together for better health.

Our clinics will be closed on Monday, January 19 in recognition of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We pause to reflect on Dr. King’s legacy of service, equity, and compassion. These are values we embrace in the care we provide every day.
